Rates are based on one to two person occupancy.
All sites are full hook-up, Water and Sewer provided.


Guest pays electric usage on all stays 30 days or more

A $200 deposit is required for all monthly reservations

(Electricity not included in any of the above rates)

 

Weekly: $165 per week (electricity included)

Daily: $29 per day (electricity included)

Special Summer Rates May 1, 2008 to September 30,2008:
Daily: $10  Weekly: $49.00  Monthly: $99
Electricity not included in monthly rate.

Extra person charge: $3 per day; $15 per week; $45 per month

NO REFUNDS, on or after arrival.  CHECK OUT TIME IS 11:00 A.M.

Electricity is billed by the Resort and is due on the anniversary arrival date.

All residents and guests must register at the office upon arrival.

ALL BALANCES ARE DUE ON ARRIVAL

 

The office assigns sites. - Sites are guaranteed for the period paid for only. – Only one RV per site.

The only way you might lose your site, is if someone requests your site to place a permanent Park Model, or Manufactured Home.
